We carry a wide variety of products from various different manufacturers and almost none of them use a standard sizing chart as there are no standard sizings for pets. Hence it is very important to accurately measure your pooch to avoid the costs incurred in those exchanges and returns. Even if you have bought items from us previously, please be advised that the item you want to buy now may be from a different manufacturer. We have made our best effort to include the sizes of individual products that will serve as guideliness in making accurate estimate for your pooch.
Please use flexible tape to ensure an accurate measurement for your pooch. While measuring, stand your pooch on a level surface. If your measurements falls between two sizes, we recommend rounding up to the next larger size.
Body Length: Measure from the base of neck along the back bone down the back to base of tail. Simply put, this is from the base of where the collar rests to where the tail is attached.
Neck: Measure the neck as shown in the picture above. Do not pull the tape tight and allow some leeway for a comfortable fit.
Chest: Measure the chest at its widest point, which is typically right behind the front legs. Girth is also a frequently used term for this measurement.
