- Ordering and Payment policy
We require all the purchases to be made online via our website Dress My Pooch. At this time, we do not take any phone orders.
Pending Orders: For information on pending orders, please email us at customercare@dressmypooch.com with the order reference and we will gladly assist you with the status of the order.
Order Cancellation : Once the order has been placed via the website, order(s) cannot be canceled on the website. Please contact us via email customercare@dressmypooch.com with your order confirmation number and we will do our best to change or cancel orders that have not already shipped. You will be responsible for shipping charges on a canceled order if the item has been shipped.
All our transactions are securely handled by the trusted gateway system of Paypal. You don't need to have a paypal account to make a purchase. At the paypal login screen, just click on "Continue" button to bypass the paypal login. Paypal accepts Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover.
- How to place an order online
1. Browse our store until you find the item(s) you wish to purchase.
2. Click on "Add to Cart" from the product that you would like to purchase.
3. To change quantity or remove items from basket, click on "Shopping Cart" icon on the top right corner. To change quantity, enter the desired amount and click the "update" button.
4. Once you have verified the products you wish to purchase, click the "Checkout" button.
5. Login with your existing account or "Create New Account"
6. Enter Contact Information, Shipping Address and Billing Address (if different) and then click "Continue"
7. Select Shipping and Payment types then click "Continue"
8. If your have any discount coupon code, enter it in "Coupon Code" text box.
9. Verify your order and confirm it which will take you to PayPal's secure website.
10. You have the option to pay using your credit card directly or login to Payl and then pay.
11. Once you have completed your payment with PayPal click the "Continue" button to be forwarded to your Dress My Pooch page. If you do not complete this final step your order will not be processed. You may print the Invoice page for your record.
- Shipping policy and charges
We are offering free shipping to orders $75 and over before taxes and shipping charges for all domestic delivery. From the time you place an order, it may take 1-2 business days to process the order and the delivery time may be 3 -7 business days from the time the order is processed. All our delivers are made with standard or ground shipping via UPS, USPS and Fedex. Please allow 2-3 weeks for the delivery as certain holidays may delay the delivery.
Shipping Charges:
$5.95 for orders upto $25 (before shipping and sales tax)
$7.00 for orders from $26 - $74 (before shipping and sales tax)
Free for orders from $75 onwards
Please be advised that if you order multiple products, the items have may not arrive at the same time as the items may be shipping from different manufacturer's warehouses directly.
At present, we ship the products only to continental US, excluding Hawaii and Puerto Rico.
- Return and Exchange Policy
We absolutely want your full satisfaction on any product you purchase at Dress My Pooch. If for some reason, you are not happy with the product(s), just return it to us in its original condition (with all labels,tags & packing slip included) within 14 days of receiving it. We will promptly exchange it or refund the purchase price, whichever you prefer. However you will be responsible for any and all shipping charges to return the item(s) to us unless we shipped an incorrect or damaged item(s). You will need to contact us at info@dressmypooch with the order confirmation and then we will send you the returned address for returning the item(s).
The products returned after 14 days will be subject to 10% restocking fee. We will not be able to exchange or refund once the item(s) has been used. To avoid exchanges related to size, please be sure to measure your pooch accurately. If you aren't sure, feel free to email us at info@dressmypooch.com with the product description and the measurement of your pooch and we will be happy to recommend the appropriate size.
Non-Deliverable, Refused or Unclaimed Orders
If an item(s) is returned to us due to an invalid/incomplete address or refused at the address provided during checkout, then you will still be charged 20% restocking fee on the total order and the remaining amount will be credited to back to your credit card. If you would like to have the same item re-shipped at valid address, then you will still need to pay for the shipping charge.
